The Colorado River Indian Tribes is now accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the CPUC Broadband Deployment Phase III project. This project will expand high-speed fiber optic broadband infrastructure to the Parker Dam area, helping bring reliable internet access to more homes and strengthening connectivity for our communities.
The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, splicing, and testing outside plant fiber optic infrastructure in accordance with project plans and specifications while meeting all applicable Tribal, state, and federal requirements.

The Colorado River Indian Tribes has released Addendum No. 1 for the ABDG Broadband Deployment – Construction of Outside Plant Fiber Optic Infrastructure Request for Proposals. This addendum includes responses to questions from the pre-bid meeting, project clarifications, and important updates for prospective bidders.

The Colorado River Indian Tribes are seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide drain clearing and mechanical vegetation management services for designated feeder drains within the Colorado River Irrigation Project near Parker and Poston, Arizona. The work includes removing debris, sediment, tules, submerged vegetation, and other obstructions to improve drainage and support the continued operation of the irrigation system. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 7, 2026. The RFP also includes a feeder drain cross-section and project map identifying the drain locations included in the 2026 RFP.

The Colorado River Indian Tribes are publicly posting the project plans and bidding documents for the Arizona Broadband Deployment Grant Project, Project No. 25-010. The project will support the installation of fiber-optic infrastructure within the CRIT Reservation and the Town of Parker to provide high-speed broadband connectivity to designated grant-funded premises.

Contractors and interested members of the public are encouraged to carefully review all project documents and applicable bidding requirements.
The specifications describe underground hand holes, conduit, pedestals, fiber-optic cable, network cabinets, splicing and testing as part of the broadband installation. The engineering plans identify the project as CRIT’s Arizona Broadband Deployment Grant Project No. 25-010. The contractor bid sheet includes itemized quantities for fiber, conduit, cabinets and related infrastructure.
The Colorado River Indian Tribes has issued Addendum 1 for the CPUC Broadband Deployment Phase 2 Request for Proposals for the construction of outside plant fiber optic infrastructure. This addendum includes responses to questions raised during the May 5, 2026 pre-bid meeting, confirms that the project is located fully in California, updates the bid opening location to the BlueWater Resort and Casino, Navajo Room, Parker, Arizona, and revises the submittal and bid opening deadline to Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Arizona time.
