The Colorado River Indian Tribes has issued Addendum 1 for the CPUC Broadband Deployment Phase 2 Request for Proposals for the construction of outside plant fiber optic infrastructure. This addendum includes responses to questions raised during the May 5, 2026 pre-bid meeting, confirms that the project is located fully in California, updates the bid opening location to the BlueWater Resort and Casino, Navajo Room, Parker, Arizona, and revises the submittal and bid opening deadline to Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Arizona time.

This project includes furnishing, installing, splicing, and testing fiber optic infrastructure, with the full bid package including the Request for Proposal, engineering plans, construction specifications, and vendor bid sheet.
