CRIT Elections

In-Person Absentee Voting
Any eligible voter, who is unable to appear at the polling place on Election Day may vote In-person Absentee. An eligible voter is any enrolled member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes, who will be 18 years of age or older, on Election Day may appear in-person beginning Monday, Decen1ber 2^nd, 2024, through Friday, December 6th, 2024, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Irataba Hall Gymnasium front lobby area located on the west entrance of the building. The polling place will remain open during lunch hour.

Shut-in Listing
Any enrolled member who are confined, due to age, illness, or disability may have his/her name placed on the Shut-In Listing on Election Day. On Election Day, Saturday, December 7, 2024, an Election worker accompanied by a Law Enforcement Officer will visit each residence from the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to cast their vote in the General Election. Please be on standby throughout the day. Contact the Enrollment department at (928) 669-1240 to request your name be included on the Shut-In Listing.

The General Election will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The designated polling location for District 1 is the Tribal Council Chambers and the polling location for District 2 is the CRIT Head Start Valley School.
